My massage treatments are unique to each client and each appointment. My intention is to respond to what I find with each client and I therefore have no set routine that I repeat with each person. Massage is a combination of techniques - some very light, working on the energetics of the body and some very deep, manipulating muscle and working out areas of tension.
I combine several styles - Swedish, Tibetan and Deep Tissue to create a massage very personal to me. I want my clients to have a very blissful and deeply relaxed experience (it is in this state that I find most healing takes place) as well as a very effective treatment which addresses their physical concerns.
